Upon Further Review…

We just wanted to let you know that we have decided to make a change to a beverage recommendation number.  We actually decided to do this a while back, but due to circumstances beyond our control (Keith being a slacker), we are just now getting to it.

The beverage in question is the Left Hand Fade To Black stout.  We originally gave it a “2,” but in the intervening days, we realized that it should have been a “3.”  It fits all the requirements-the only problem is that it is a seasonal beer and that we discovered it at the end of the season.  We have searched high and low but have found nary another drop.  The good news is that it will be back within the next few months!  However, according to the brewery, it won’t be exactly the same.  Here is an excerpt from an e-mail one of our friends received from the folks at Left Hand:

“It comes back this fall. I should warn you though it will be a different recipe. Should amaze you like before but different.
Cheers,”

As long as they bump up the body, which was our only suggestion on how to improve this delicious elixir, then we will be good to go.

The bottom line is that we are officially changing the About Beverages recommendation number to an emphatic “3!”  Thanks again for being a part of our beverage community!
