On The Horizon…

Good evening everyone!

We just want to let you know that our next full podcast is on the way!  Our second annual “Spring Season Beer” podcast will be released this Thursday, March 25th.  We will feature a variety of new offerings from some great breweries.  The beers that we selected to try are: Sam Adams Noble Pils, Flying Dog Biere de Garde, Anchor Brewery Bock, Breckenridge Pandora’s Bock, and Pyramid’s Fling Pale Ale. 

While we were putting this podcast together, we realized that there are actually three different categories of spring season beers: beers that are brewed as a transition from the winter to the spring season, beers that are brewed specifically for spring, and last, but not least, beers that we would like to drink during spring.  Beers that make us think of longer, warmer days, yet nights that remain cool.  Beers that make us yearn for the bleachers at a spring training game, or the excitement of March Madness.  When it comes down to it, this third category consists of beers that we thought would be great to try for this podcast.  

So get ready to try, or to listen to us try, some spring season beers.  See you in the tasting room!
