Back in 2020, we selected the Jura Tide 21 Year Single Malt Scotch for our annual listener appreciation episode. For this week’s episode we have decided to try one of the scotches from Jura’s Signature Series as we will be trying the Jura 12 Year Scotch. This whiskey is matured in American White ex-bourbon barrels for 12 years and finished in Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez, Spain.
