Since Keith works at Trader Joe’s it should come as no surprise that they are a frequent source for beverages we try on our shows. It is especially convenient when something in the current Fearless Flyer captures our attention as there is a lot of information and curiosity readily available. For this week’s show we will be featuring a wine that had people talking even before the Flyer came out. On this episode we will be trying the Trader Joe’s Petit Reserve Cabernet Franc Paso Robles 2022. Cabernet Franc is a Bordeaux varietal that has seen its domestic popularity grow in recent years and is also often used in blends. While the Flyer mentions the 2021 vintage, the vintage available at our neighborhood store was the 2022 so that is what we tried.
