Give It A Shot – Collaboration Home Brew Part 1

In a continuing effort to educate ourselves about not only what's new in the beverage world, but also how things are created, we have decided to brew a completely new beer. The itch to take on such a project probably started when we first did our Mr. Beer Home Brew Series podcasts which you can find in the archives here at this link. Not only were those initial brewing experiences well received by our audience, but also by us, so we decided to take that even further. Thankfully our friend and Brew Master, Eric from Mr. Beer, is going to help us through this journey. This first podcast will mostly be discussion about what types of beer we not only like, but would also like to improve upon since we are doing it ourselves. We will go over some of the processes that will be different from what we have done in the past and decide how far we want to raise the bar for our new Collaboration Home Brew. Also we will be discussing another element that we will be bringing to our new beer, the addition of some coffee and or tea. How will this all come together? Listen to part one and find out. Enjoy!
