What’s on tap for the week of September 17th – September 23rd 2012

Just a little reminder of what will be going on at AboutBeverages.com for the week of September 17th - September 23rd 2012. The theme for this week is red wine, but not neccessarily in the usual sense. It will all be explained starting on Tuesday with a "Give It A Shot" featuring the 2010 Affentaler Pinot Noir. They are a cooperative of winegrowers cultivating grapes in the Baden region of Germany. Then on Thursday we will have another "Give It A Shot" featuring the Saison du Buff. It's a collaboration brew from Stone, Dogfish, and Victory. How does this tie in to the beverage from Tuesday? This particular version of Saison du Buff is aged in red wine barrels.
