What’s on tap for the week of October 7th – October 13th 2012

Just a little reminder of what will be going on at AboutBeverages.com for the week of October 7th - October 13th 2012. To try and cleanse the palate from the national nightmare that was Vodka Day on October 4th, we will be saluting the juniper berry all week long. Things get started Monday with a "Give It A Shot" featuring the Samuel Adams Norse Legend Sahti. Sahti is a traditional beer style from Finland flavored with juniper berries. Then on Wednesday we will have another "Give It A Shot" featuring Hayman's Old Tom Gin. It's a slightly sweeter style of gin that falls in between London Dry and the Holland style or Jenever.
