This week we bring back Eric for another go round and he introduces us to a new brewery. It happens this Wednesday with a “Give It A Shot” featuring the Unity Vibration Kombucha Pale Ale. Not only does this beer use Kombucha Tea as part of its blend, it’s also double hopped, barrel aged and uses juniper. Should be interesting to say the least.
