As we prepare for the release of our Vodkast next week, (Vodka + Podcast) I have been doing a lot of reading about this particular spirit and its many uses. The one that struck me as the most interesting is making your own infused vodkas. Why settle for what some company thinks is a good flavor combination when you can pretty easily make whatever kind you want. Last week I saw Alton Brown from Good Eats make a tomato infused vodka for use in a bloody marry. I also found the following article that discusses how to make flavored rum as well as vodka.
