As we prepare for the release of our Vodkast next week, (Vodka + Podcast) I have been doing a lot of reading about this particular spirit and its many uses. The one that struck me as the most interesting is making your own infused vodkas. Why settle for what some company thinks is a good flavor combination when you can pretty easily make whatever kind you want.
