Thinking Out Loud

Hello, everyone and welcome to our blog!  For my first entry, I just wanted to write a few words to let you know what we intend to do with our podcasts and blogs.

Before I get to that, at this point you may be wondering, who in the heck is this guy?  My name is Keith, and along with my brother Andrew, we have started this little labor of love to discuss things that we enjoy every day; beverages.  Drinks of all kinds from water (where it all starts), to coffee and tea, wine, beer, spirits, smoothies, and well, the list goes on.  Our background is in coffee and tea, as we have about 25 years of “hands on” experience between the two of us.  Trust me, we will get into that in more detail as the podcasts move forward.  Now on to what we intend to do with our podcasts.

AboutBeverages.com podcasts will have serious fun talking about a wide range of drinks.  We will discuss everything from coffee andtea, to beer and wine, and all things in between.  We will offer recipes (both ours and others),links to interesting articles and current events, and we will converse withprofessionals within the industry.  Wewill honestly and openly share what we know about the beverage world.  Ourgoal is to have fun while we share, educate, and learn with our listeners.  Give us 20 minutes and we’ll quench yourthirst for beverage information.

As we move through the podcasts and blogs, we hope you get to know us and we want to get to know you.  There are a lot of great things to drink in this world, both by themselves and with food, and we look forward to sharing them all with you.  We have discussed doing something like this for over a year, and we have an idea of where we think it will go, but who really knows for sure?  Both Andrew and I invite you to join us on this journey-it is going to be a lot of fun!  So grab a glass, a mug, or a cup, smile and say “cheers.”

Keith
