Give It A Shot – Siesta Cocktail

Cocktails are enjoying their time in the spotlight at About Beverages. Whether we are featuring one for a podcast or enjoying one on our live show on Twitch, we are thoroughly enjoying exploring this corner of the beverage world. Our favorites are those drinks whose recipes consist of items we already have. This is not always feasible but for this week’s show with the exception of one piece of citrus, we (actually Andrew) had everything we needed to assemble this mixed drink. For this episode we will be trying the Siesta Cocktail. Described on one website as “A Hemingway Daiquiri meets a margarita,” The Siesta consists of tequila, amaro, lime juice and grapefruit juice.
