On the horizon…week of September 26th – October 2nd 2011
Just a little reminder of what will be going on at AboutBeverages.com for the week of September 26th - October 2nd 2011. As The Zombies once said, "It's the time of the season" for fall beers. I suppose I may be taking a few liberties with the lyrics, but that won't be the first time (or last) as you'll find out when you listen to the "Give It A Shot" on Tuesday. That's when we will be trying the fall seasonal Newcastle Werewolf. Our initial reaction upon seeing this beer was, "Newcastle makes something besides the Nut Brown?" It turns out they are working on a full lineup of seasonal brews. Then on Thursday we will have another seasonally appropriate "Give It A Shot" featuring the Ayinger Oktober-Fest Marzen.
