On the horizon…week of September 12th – September 18th 2011
Just a little reminder of what will be going on at AboutBeverages.com for the week of September 12th - September 18th 2011. The NFL & College football seasons have finally kicked off and what better way to get back into the swing of things than with a couple of very different IPAs. On Tuesday we will have a "Give It A Shot" featuring the Laughing Dog Brewery Rocket Dog Rye IPA. We have had very few few Rye beers (two counting this one) so we are excited to see what this style can do. Then on Thursday we will have a "Give It A Shot" featuring the San Tan Hop Shock IPA. Two unique things about this brewery are they are somewhat local to us (Chandler, AZ) and all their beers come in cans. One other side note. As I was looking at the beers on their website I noticed they make a seasonal chocolate barley wine called Sex Panther. Hopefully the beer is as good as the name.
