Just a little reminder of what will be going on at AboutBeverages.com for the week of May 16th – May 22nd 2011. Only one podcast this week, but it’s so packed with information it will feel like two. Monday’s show will be the first of our three part Collaboration Home Brew Series. Our friend and Brew Master, Eric from Mr. Beer, is going to help us along the way. This first podcast will mostly be discussion about what types of beer we not only like, but would also like to improve upon since we are doing it ourselves. We will go over some of the processes that will be different from what we have done in the past and decide how far we want to raise the bar for our new Collaboration Home Brew.
