On The Horizon…

Good evening, everyone!  We have just put the finishing touches on our listeners choice podcast, “Wines For Warm Weather Fare,”  and want you to know that it will be available for your listening pleasure on Tuesday, June 23rd.  In case you would like to imbibe along with us, the wines that we will be trying and discussing are: Weber Riesling, Giesen Sauvignon Blanc, Le Grotte Reggiano Lambrusco, and Coppola Pinot Noir.  We discuss cheese and other food pairings, offer a recipe idea, and discuss the merits of different types of wine closures as well.  We hope that you enjoy listening as much as we enjoyed tasting.  It’s a tough job, but someone has to do it!
