Once again we are Live on Location this week at Tap and Bottle. Owners Scott and Rebecca kept the conversation going for part two as we discussed some out of state breweries that are new to Tucson. Another good decision on their part was to not only talk about those breweries, but to share some of the beers they had on tap. First up is the Vinaceous from Hangar 24 Brewery. Part of their Local Fields Series it’s an English Old Ale that gets and addition of Mourvedre grapes and a touch of oak. Next is the Seizoen Bretta from Logsdon Farmhouse Organic Ales. As you can probably tell by the name it uses Brettanomyces as well as being unfiltered and bottle conditioned with pear juice for natural carbonation.
