Keith’s “I’m Just Saying…” Blog – Of Thanks and Beverages

For well over a year now, I have been trying to find something interesting, something profound, something worthy of my first blog post.  Finally, after many, many months, my search is over.  Today I unveil to you, our loyal About Beverages community, my first post.  The topic I have settled on is essentially, to say “Thank you!”

First, I want to thank all of you for being a part of AboutBeverages.com for the last 20 months.  We know that right now we are a small community, but we appreciate every single one of you.  We have received numerous samples, tons of suggestions and all sorts of feedback from you and we appreciate it.  Make no mistake about it, Andrew and I love doing this podcast and having the website, but it makes it all the better to know that there are people out there listening, laughing, and trying new beverages.  I know that I can speak for both Andrew and I when I say that we truly love sharing our passion for beverages with you and we love the reciprocation!

Second, I want to thank both Kristin and Rachel (our wives) for their support.  From the beginning, they have been behind AboutBeverages, and have always been willing to make any sacrifices to help us keep things going.  Thank you for everything.

Last, but certainly not least, I want to thank Andrew for everything he does.  For those of you who do not know, he does all of the recording of our podcasts and most importantly, all of the editing.  He makes us sound as good as we do.  He does have good material, but usually there is a lot of it that he has to sort through which is no easy task.  He is our technical guru and the driving force that keeps the beverages flowing and makes sure the laughs keep on coming.  Thank you for keeping the dream alive and for keeping me on my toes.

Well, there it is, beverage related, yet not specifically about beverages, but yet it actually is AboutBeverages.  Coincidentally, so are we!
