Give It A Shot – Victory Hop Ranch Imperial IPA

For those of you that get our weekly email, we are sorry to report that the Sierra Nevada Hoppy Lager did not get recorded and has been lost. We will at some point soon post the tasting notes for it, but until then to ease your sadness we have another beer at the tasting table. The Victory Hop Ranch Imperial IPA is their thank you to all the hard working hop ranchers that keep them supplied with hops. This beer features two of them, Mosaic and Azacca, in their whole cone form. To move the hops even more to the forefront they went with a very simple grain bill, just pilsner malt. Time to taste and see if this 9% ABV imperial IPA is a fitting salute to the hop harvesters.
