Give It A Shot – Unity Vibration Ginger Kombucha American Wild Ale

At the tasting table today we will be feeling some “Good Vibrations” thanks to the Unity Vibration Ginger Kombucha American Wild Ale.  We previously had the Kombucha Pale Ale which is double hopped and contained juniper.  While we liked it overall, the hops and juniper got lost in the kombucha shuffle.  We’re guessing that won’t be the case with the organic raw ginger root since it’s one of the featured ingredients and usually has a hard time concealing itself.  The beer is open-air-fermented in oak barrels and then bottle conditioned.  They also make version of this beer with organic raspberries in case ginger is not your thing.  If you have any ideas for future episodes of “Give It A Shot” or just have a question, you can always send us an email to AboutBeverages@q.com.
