Did you miss us? At least we didn’t stay away for two years this time. Due to reasons beyond our control, we had to skip a week, but we are back and the first beverage this week we have to share with you will be anything but typical. Or will it? It may not be typical, but it actually will be Typic, Typic rosé wine that is. This is a wine that Keith really enjoyed last year, to the tune of at least 4 bottles, but this is a new year and a new vintage. One never knows what Mother Nature has in store for us from year to year, so continuity is anything but a guarantee.
