It is no secret that Keith works for Trader Joe’s. If you have listened to us regularly you know that it comes up often during our shows. There have been times where the arrival of a beverage to Trader Joe’s has either inspired us to plan for a future podcast or has saved us at the last minute because we still hadn’t figured out what we would be trying the next day. This particular beverage falls into the former category as we knew the week before that we would be featuring this for a show. For this episode we will be trying the Trader Joe’s Reserve Chardonnay Santa Lucia Highlands 2020. Established in 1992 as an American Viticultural Area (AVA), the Santa Lucia Highlands AVA includes approximately 5,700 acres of vinifera grapevines, predominantly Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
