Give It A Shot – Trader Joe’s Pacific Grove California Chardonnay
Ripped from the pages of the latest Trader Joe's Fearless Flyer, today at the tasting tables we have the Pacific Grove California Chardonnay. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, this wine goes through a very unique process of small batch barrel and malolactic fermentation. These two processes are more common in red wine making and are normally reserved for higher end wines, but at $5.99 and a Chardonnay this wine is neither. Time to taste and see if all that work was worthwhile or if these grapes should have stayed on the vine.
