Give It A Shot – Three Zinfandels all from Oak Ridge Winery!

Season Greetings!! It’s our penultimate episode of 2022 and we are receiving an early Christmas present. We always enjoy trying new wines and for many years we have talked about wanting to compare different price tiers of the same grape varietal from the same winery. Thanks to some good friends (who are also friends of the show) and their recent trip to California we will finally be making that wish a reality. The fact that it’s the holiday season just makes it even more special! For this week’s show we are featuring three wines from Oak Ridge Winery as we will be trying their OZV Old Vine Zinfandel, Moss Rocks Reserve Zinfandel, and 1906 Vintners Zinfandel. On their website the prices are $15, $24, and $32 in the order previously listed. We send out a huge “thank you” to the givers of the latter two wines for without their generosity this show would not have been possible. What did we think? What do you think?
