Give It A Shot – Surly Brewing Todd the Axe Man IPA
Depending on the time and situation, shopping is one of those tasks that can be either tedious or enjoyable. Frustrating or revelatory. Drudgery or seemingly over before it has begun. For us, beverage shopping is a time for fun and thirst quenching discovery. The topic of this podcast was discovered during a recent trip to our local Total Wine. We had heard of this brewery and the beer itself receives good ratings and rave reviews on line, but until recently it had not been available in Arizona. The beer we will be trying this week is called Todd the Axe Man from Surly Brewing Company in Minnesota. It is named after their brewer and the fact that he also is a guitar player. It is a West Coast Style IPA with a super cool looking can. What did we think? What do you think?
