Give It A Shot – Stone Brewing Woot Stout 2018
We are not sure what the weather is like where you are, but where we are, the temperature easily eclipses 100 degrees on a daily basis. When you add in the humidity from our monsoon season it makes for some unpleasant atmospheric conditions. It certainly is not what some of us would consider Imperial Stout beer drinking weather. Needless to say, when we decide to take on an Imperial Stout at this time of year you know we must have an idea that it is going to be special. That is definitely the case as this week we try the Stone Farking Wheaton Wootstout. It is a collaboration between Drew Curtis, Wil Wheaton, and Greg Koch (of Stone Brewing) and this is the 6th year they have released a version of this beer. We have tried previous versions, but every year they do something different to keep us on our toes. What did we think? What do you think?
