Saisons or farmhouse ales have been traditionally brewed during the winter months and then stored for drinking by the farm workers during the summer months. The Stone Brewing Saison has decided to put the "farm" back in farmhouse ale by adding some items grown in their organic garden. Lemon zest, lavender and lemon thyme makeup the additions to Stone's take on a Belgian classic. Available in 6-pack and 12-pack boxes this this seasonal beer will be available during the "sunny months". Time to open up a bottle at the tasting table and find out if it hits the spot during the warm weather or needs to go back into cold storage.
