We figured what better way to kick off bringing new content back to the site after a two week hiatus than to crack open an anniversary beer. It's the 25th Anniversary beer from Santa Fe Brewing called Saison 88. We had two reactions when we heard about this beer: "An anniversary saison could be good." and "Santa Fe Brewing has been around for 25 years!?!" After we got past those initial reactions, we decided to settle in and see if a farmhouse ale at a sessionable 5.5% is what we are looking for as this monsoon season comes to a close.
