Give It A Shot – Santa Fe Brewing Happy Camper IPA

Another week brings us another beer in a can. Not only is it two weeks in a row for can beers, it's also back to back weeks for Santa Fe Brewing. Their Happy Camper IPA is available year round and comes in at 6.6% on the ABV scale. Confidence in your craft and what you make is a good thing. Over-confidence can be a downfall if you can't back it up. We try and read as little as possible when it comes to something we are about to taste. Knowing the style and ingredients used are fine, but we try to avoid as much "marketing speak" as possible. Unfortunately this is one of those times when we read about this beer on Santa Fe Brewing's own website being "king of the IPA world". Those are strong words. If they can backed up, we are in for a wonderful treat at the tasting table. If not, as Kevin Kline said in A Fish Called Wanda, "Disappointed!"
