You probably are aware by now that we are pretty big fans of beer. One of our favorite styles of beer and one that has grown enormously in popularity over the past 4-5 years is the Sour style. There are many different types of sour beers ranging from Berliner Weisse and gose on the lighter side on up to Flemish Red and geuze on the heavier side. Some even incorporate a bit of funk for an even wilder ride for your palate. For this podcast we are featuring a sour beer made by Brewery de Brabandere in Belgium exclusively for Trader Joe’s. It is called the Petrus Aged Pale and it is a limited single foeder release, foeder #102, to be precise. What did we think? What do you think?
