Give It A Shot – Original Ritterguts Gose
This is not our first Gose style beer on the show, but it is the first one to be brewed in Leipzig Germany. The Original Ritterguts Gose has been brewed since 1738 and maintains the traditional style using salt and coriander along with lactic fermentation as well as bottle conditioning. Over the last several years we have fallen in love with this style of beer and sours in general. It's with great anticipation that we pour a beer at the tasting table that has so much history.
