Give It A Shot – New Belgium Le Terroir
Sometimes when two things collide it can be a complete train wreck (Port Brewing Midnight Expression) and other times it can be a perfectly woven tapestry of flavor. We feel pretty confident in saying that today at the tasting table we have the latter. The Le Terroir from New Belgium is part of their Lips of Faith Series and combines two of our favorite styles; Sour and IPA. I guess to be more specific it's more the dry hopping part of an IPA that is in play here using just two fruity hops; Amarillo and Citra. Once again we bring Eric back for one more show which should be a wonderful final treat to finish out 2013.
