Give It A Shot – Modern Times Tortuga Berliner Weisse

We all have those things in our lives that we call our “favorites.” Whether it is a place, a book, a memory, a meal, etc, the possibilities are endless. If you are a regular follower of our show (if you are not you should be) then you know that one of our favorite things is beer. More specifically, one for our favorite breweries is Modern Times located in San Diego, CA. For this podcast, we decided to partake of another one of their offerings, the Tortuga. This beer falls into the sour category and is a classic Berliner style made with tangerines and soursops, which are a tropical fruit known for having significant amounts of vitamin C. Also, let’s be honest, it is just fun to say soursop.  What did we think?
