The first thing one probably thinks of when they hear the words “Modern Times” is beer. We know that is where our focus goes as they are one of our all-time favorite breweries. One of the original inductees into our beer Hall of Fame, if we had one, which we should. What you might not realize is that in addition to beer, they also roast their own coffee. This episode features a beverage from Modern Times Coffee, as we will be trying their Bourbon Barrel-aged Papua New Guinea Cold Brew. What did we think? What do you think?
