Give It A Shot – Modern Times Beer Membata Coffee Stout

We know that it is getting down to the wire, but better late than never as we continue on with our Thanksgiving suggestions podcasts. We change gears as we move to the beer category to discuss something we think could be a part of your celebration. We will be trying the Membata from Modern Times, which many of you know is one of our favorite breweries. This beer is a coffee stout, but other than that, we were not able to find too much information. Based on our experience and our familiarity with Modern Times, we are hoping that this beer helps you take the step from beverages paired with turkey and sides to beverages paired with dessert and eventually to heavier sippers consumed slowly around the glow of the fire. At least those are our plans…  What did we think?
