In the spirit of sharing, which is what we are all about at About Beverages, we want you to know that our unintended run of episodes featuring beverages or beverage categories that we have never tried before ends with this show. It had to end sooner or later, and at least what we will be featuring on this show is something we have enjoyed in the past. A trusted extremely limited-release from an experienced brewery which we hope will be worthy of being known as the beverage that ended that brief, unintended run. For this podcast, we will be trying The Waldos’ Special Ale from Lagunitas Brewing. For the past several years, Lagunitas has released this beer around April 20th, in honor of the origins of 420. They say it is the dankest and hoppiest beer they have ever brewed and comes in at 11.7% ABV. What did we think? What do you think?
