Give It A Shot – La Cumbre Brewing Project Dank Winter Edition Double IPA
It has been too long since we last came to you via podcast or video and we are glad to say that we are back! We hope that you all have had a great season of celebrating and that your New Year is off to a healthy and happy start. We have had quite a busy time this past few months and while we have not been releasing videos on a regular basis, we have still been recording, as well as streaming live most Thursday evenings via Twitch. For our first release of the New Year we are traveling to a state with which we share a border. Before you guess California we say to you, “not so fast, my friend.” For this particular beverage we are heading to the state that borders us to the east, New Mexico, and to a brewery we are familiar with, yet have not featured on a podcast. The beverage we will be featuring on this podcast is the Project Dank from La Cumbre. According to their website, La Cumbre states that Project Dank is an “ever changing expression of their hoppiest endeavors.” This beer was recommended to us by Scott at Tap and Bottle, so we knew we were off to a good start.
