Recently Keith and his family took a vacation to the Caribbean or more specifically the island of Saint Lucia. Like most people, when I think of that particular island chain one thing immediately comes to mind; Jack Sparrow. A close second to that is rum. Apparently the latter is also what came to Keith’s mind as he vacationed since he took the liberty of bringing back a four pack of the local libation. Today at the tasting table we will be trying the following from Saint Lucia Distillers: Crystal, Bounty, Chairman’s Reserve and Chairman’s Reserve Spiced.
