We realize that since we have resumed podcasting, we have taken it kind of easy on you and on ourselves. We have done lots of beer, a few wines, and while we did do an Irish Whiskey, it was aged in IPA barrels. Delicious yes, but not your typical whiskey. For this podcast, we returned to one of our longtime favorites, bourbon. More specifically, the Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon. This bourbon blends four original and limited recipes and we were quite excited to Give It a Shot in every sense of the phrase. What did we think? What do you think?
