Give It A Shot – Dry Fly Gin from Dry Fly Distilling

Gin.  One of the most underused and undervalued spirits in our humble option.  If our website, podcast and videos do nothing else than further people’s knowledge and appreciation of the “other” clear spirit, then our work will not have been in vain.  We further that cause at the tasting table with a gin from Dry Fly Distilling out of Spokane, Washington.  The uniqueness of this gin comes from it’s use of locally sourced ingredients such as Eastern Washington soft winter wheat, juniper, dried Washington apple, mint, and hops.  Will this bountiful blend of botanicals make for a delicious martini or refreshing gin & tonic?  Time to taste and find out.  If you have any ideas for future episodes of “Give It A Shot” or just have a question, you can always send us an email to AboutBeverages@q.com.
