Give It A Shot – Dogfish Head Wood-Aged Bitches Brew
After three podcasts where we re-visited beverages we have already tried (although several years go) this week we are happy to feature something which we haven’t tried prior to this episode, officially that is. This show actually signifies two firsts for us. Besides not having done a podcast for this beer before, it was also the first time we had our viewers choose the beer we would try for our next podcast. We asked them to vote while we were streaming live last Thursday and the beer they chose was the Wood Aged Bitches Brew from Dogfish Head Brewery. This is the latest addition to their year round lineup and we found this particular bottle at Tap and Bottle North. The original Bitches Brew was brewed to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the release of Miles Davis’s landmark jazz fusion record. They have given this new release a bit of a twist with some wood aging and we were very glad that our listeners chose this beer.
