One of the more recent trends in the area of IPAs is the fresh hopped IPA. Whether it’s Stone Brewing and their Enjoy By IPA or Port Brewing and their High Tide IPA, it’s all about getting the beer to you as fast as possible to keep all of the delicious hop oils at their peak of goodness. You should always look at bottling dates or best before dates when it comes to beer, but it is even more essential when it comes to IPAs. They are not meant to age, but are to be enjoyed immediately. The Fresh Squeezed IPA from Deschutes Brewery is no exception. Time to taste and hope we haven’t waited too long.
