Welcome to the second phase of our Pinot Noir comparison. To bring you up to speed, in our previous podcast, we tried the Erath Pinot Noir, which is from Oregon. As we mentioned, we decided to stay with the same grape for the subsequent podcast, but decided to check out a California representation of this delicate varietal. The wine we will be trying is the Cotillion Pinot Noir. It is a Trader Joe’s exclusive and has long been a Keith recommendation for those who are looking for a Pinot Noir of a certain price and style. It has been about 2 years since he last tried it and Andrew has never tried it, so it should make for some good discussion. What did we think? What do you think?
