The Manhattan has long been one of our favorite mixed drinks. When bourbon, sweet vermouth and a dash of bitters come together with ice in your favorite drink mixing vessel, your palate is not far from liquid bliss. Even though this combination is magic, we are not above tinkering around with the recipe to see what might be brought forth if we swapped out one ingredient for another. Some may call this beverage blasphemy, we call it an adventure.
