Over the years, we have been very fortunate to have been given several beverages for us to try by our friends and people who share our affinity for discovering something new. These beverages have covered just about every type of liquid refreshment that is out there. From sodas to beers to spirits and almost everything in between, we are so grateful for your contributions and we offer our undying thanks. This show brings us another of those generous offerings and if our memories are correct, it could be the first we have received in this particular category; wine. One of Keith’s friends and co-workers, Skip, recently was in California and happened to spot this particular bottle and instantly thought of Keith. Why is that, you may ask? We will let you know that right now as we open the curtain and reveal the item we are trying on this show. We will be trying the Chicago Cubs California Red Blend 2015. All we know from the bottle is that it is made in conjunction with Plata Wines and of course that it looks cool because of the label. The website doesn’t tell us much more other than it is aged in French and American oak. What did we think? What do you think?
