It has been far too long since we have posted a show and we thought what better way to make up for that than enjoying some bourbon with all of you. The Angel’s Envy bourbon from Lincoln Henderson comes in three expressions: Cask Strength, Rye Finished in Rum Barrels and the one we have today which is finished in Port Barrels. The aging process on the bourbon side takes about six years while the finishing in port barrels is only three to six months depending on taste. Time now for us to follow their lead, give this one a taste, and see if the angel’s are right to be envious.
