Give It A Shot – Foursquare Distillery Probitas Blended White Rum & a classic Daiquiri

Over the years, we have had the fortunate privilege of being able to try a wide variety of spirits from all over the globe. It is safe to say our favorites are whiskey and gin, with tequila a distant third. One of the categories we have yet to develop as much of an appreciation for is rum, so we are frequently on the lookout and always open for recommendations for something new to try. Recently someone that Andrew follows on Tik Tok posted a video where he made a rum based cocktail that he said would be his “deathbed” drink and both of those are what we have for you on this show. For this episode we will be trying the Foursquare Distillery Probitas Blended White Rum and a classic Daiquiri. The Probitas is a blend of rums from Jamaica and Barbados and the recipe we used for the Daiquiri is the one featured in the video, with the exception of the absinthe spritz. What did we think?
