Every December for the past five years we have selected a special spirit to share with our viewers on our Viewer Appreciation Podcast. We have a good time shopping and narrowing down our selections until we find that special bottle. The beverage we are featuring this week is one that was involved in that discussion two years ago. Even though it was ultimately not our final choice it was something Andrew knew he would someday want to try. For this week’s show we will be trying the Booker’s Bourbon Bardstown Edition 2021-03. This bourbon is made up of barrels from four production dates that were aged in six distinct rackhouse locations within five different warehouses. It comes in at 62.75 ABV and is aged for 6 years and 5 months. For those of you who are curious, the beverage we chose over this bourbon was a tequila, the Tears of Llorona. What did we think?
