Welcome to the first release of a brand new part of our blogcast that we are calling “Rough Draughts.”  This will feature brief outtakes from our previous podcast that for one reason or another did not make the final version.  In essence, it’s a compilation of audio clips that were edited out for time, yet we still felt they contained some good conversation.  Depending on the material we have, these could range from the serious to the very silly: we will try to give you advance notice on what to be listening for.

This weeks Rough Draughts features outtakes from our “Wines for Warm Weather Fare” podcast.  You will find some information about how to store your uncorked bottles of wine and a segment on a mixed drink that uses one of the white wines we tried.  At the very end, there are some quick outtakes that were just humorous.  This tiny “sip” of a podcast should help to tide you over until our next podcast about Seasonal Summer Brews.
