Today on the show we will be taking a trip across the ocean to Poland by way of our palates. We will be tasting a porter from Zywiec Brewing founded in 1852. The company was founded in 1852, not the beer we're tasting. I guess the recipe may be that old, but I don't think the bottle of beer we're having is. At least I hope not. Probably shouldn't have opened it then. Well, what's done is done. Enjoy!
