Located in Middlebury, Vermont Woodchuck Hard Cider has a multitude of cider creations. Along with several year round cider options they also produce four limited releases that correspond to the seasons. So it is with no surprise then that today we are trying their Winter Seasonal. To create a unique and hopefully complex flavor profile (we'll find out once we try it) they use Premium French and Traditional American Oak.
